Want more of Katy and Parker’s romantic summer ceremony from our latest Weddings in Arkansas print issue? We’re sharing the gorgeous occasion with you here, along with exclusive bonus photos you can only find on the blog!
The bride wore a family heirloom antique tiara made of crystals and pearls.
The bride and groom rode in horse-drawn carriage from the bride’s parents’ home to their ceremony in the Calvary Baptist Church.
The couple was married beneath a curly willow chuppah woven with an abundance of peonies, hydrangeas, and roses in every shade of white and pink.
According to the bride, the couple was wed in “a beautiful, Messianic ceremony, blending our Christian faith and Jewish heritage.”
Katy’s vision for the wedding was that of a “whimsical magical fairytale,” she says, “a modern-day romantic version of Marie Antoinette.”
The bride’s cake was layered in flavors of raspberry, Italian creme, and white cake.
The groom’s cake was sculpted of chocolate tiers with a bold, black and white design and was topped with strawberries dipped in white chocolate.
