Lauren Ellis, originally from Arkansas, and Matt Robinson were married December 2, 2011 in Memphis. We just had to see more of this wedding after North Arkansas photographer Jamie Swetnam with Life as a Photo sent in a few pictures for our “Photo Friday” feature last week. We want to share the sweetest thing we’ve ever heard…Jamie told us that while the bride was in her room getting ready, you could hear Matt playing piano throughout the small, old church. He was ready 5 hours before the ceremony. How cute is that???!!!! Gave us chills!!!
Such a beautiful couple!
Below is the photo of Matt playing the paino before the wedding while Lauren was getting ready. Jamie sent us this note from the bride: “Another cool thing about our wedding was that the songs he was playing were the songs he recorded for our ceremony music. The one I kept hearing him tinker with out there was the song he recorded for me to walk down the aisle to, ‘When I Say I Do’ by Matthew West.” SOOOO sweet!!!!
Such a beautiful wedding with lots of personalized details. Did you see the signed guitar?? Great idea! All the purple and silver accents are stunning. And that cake….love the design! Congrats to Lauren & Matt!
